Ysabel Fernández Espinal, of Cranston, Rhode Island, was surrounded by her loving family when she passed away on July 25th, 2023. Ysabel, born in Cagüeyes, Jánico, Dominican Republic on December 7th, 1950, was battling Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease, for several months.
Ysabel was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt who loved to laugh, play dominoes, drink coffee, and wear her favorite color [red] everyday. She was always a strong-willed, hard-working, responsible, and witty woman who was full of dreams.
Ysabel Fernández was predeceased by her parents Joselino Fernández and Ramona Espinal. Ysabel left behind many loved ones, including but not limited to her surviving daughters Magalis, Carolina, Grismarlin, grandchildren Stive, Stacy, Marjolis, and Samara.

Ysabel, nacida en Cagüeyes, Jánico, República Dominicana el 7 de diciembre de 1950, estuvo luchando contra la Esclerosis Lateral Amiotrófica (ELA), comúnmente conocida como enfermedad de Lou Gehrig, durante varios meses.
Ysabel era una amorosa madre, abuela, hermana y tía a la cual le encantaba reír, jugar dominó, tomar café y usar su color favorito [rojo] todos los días. Siempre fue una mujer de voluntad fuerte, trabajadora, responsable, ingeniosa, y llena de sueños.
