Winifred Wilson

Winifred (Winnie) Wilson, 56, passed away on April 7, 2019 at Miriam Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island surrounded by her loving family.   She was born on April 20, 1962 in Providence, Rhode Island.  Winnie was the daughter of the late Winfred Warren and the late Connie Wilson.  She attended E.W. Flynn Elementary School before moving to Lancaster, PA were she attended and graduated from McCaskey High School.  Winnie married the late Michael Isom and then moved to California.  She missed her home town and moved back to Providence, R.I.  She worked as a CNA for many years before moving back to Lancaster, PA and then moved again to Atlanta, GA. to be with her daughter Danita Wilson and her two grandsons.  Winnie became ill and she made her finial move back home to Rhode Island into a nursing home to be closer to her family in RI.  She will always be remembered for her outgoing personality and her beautiful smile.  Winifred (Winnie) Wilson is survived by her daughter Danita Wilson and her two grandchildren Semaj Williams and Zion Dowdell all of Atlanta, Georgia, three sisters Valerie Wilson-Dickerson(Reggie) of Lancaster Pa, Cherise (Darryl) and Maxine Wilson both of Stone Mountain, Georgia, cousins (Theresa,Jr.Spanky) and (Nita,char,and Tweet)her best friend Teandra Rose-Waton (Howard) of Providence, R.I spical thank you to her cousin Shondel Wilson, and her Uncles jimmy, Ronald and her Aunty Kandy, and many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Winifred Warren and Connie L. Wilson, sister Darlene Wilson, daughter Charlene Wilson, grandmother Anna Mae Nichols. grandfather Robert Wilson, great great grandmother Helen Henderson, and her uncle Dennis Wilson, Becky Seals  She will be missed by all.
