Victor L. Marrero

Victor L. Marrero , 49 of Providence, RI passed away at home unexpectedly on January 28, 2021.  His closest family and friends called him “Pichie.”  Victor was the beloved son to the late Sonia Ortiz and Jose L. Cruz.  He was survived by his two protective sisters, Sandra I Cruz and Irma M. Cruz.  His  loving grandmother Carmen L. Otero, 94 years old and cherished and adoring nieces, Semaiah I. Perez and Annaleah M. Perez.  

Victor rejoiced in spending time with his family and looked forward to spending birthdays and holidays with them.   Whenever abi family member or friend needed him, he gave  his all.  He always put others first before himself.  Victor worked for many years at Vito’s Moving Company and was very loved by his colleagues.  He enjoyed listening to Freestyle and old school hip-hop music.   

To know him, is to love him.  He will always be remembered for his comical wits and good heart.
