The Howard, Corneh and Konweede Neorh families announce with deep regrets  the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and relative THOMAS FREEMAN HOWARD, who passed away peacefully on Tuesday June 16, 2026.

Thomas will be remembered for the joy he brought to all who knew him and for his kindness.

Thomas Freeman Howard was the son of Mr Thomas F Howard and Madam Konweede Neorh Howard, residents of Camp Johnson Road, Monrovia Liberia.

He is survived by his wife Mrs Frances Howard; his children Leon, Vanessa Diamond, Thelma Sayee (Zachary Gulovsen), Leticia and Renee. His Grandchildren; Siblings: Mary Howard Roberts, John Brooks, Augustus Brooks, Joseph Brooks, Jeanie Brooks Forte, Martha Brooks, nieces, nephews

Sisters-in-Law; Cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Wake-Keeping and Funeral Services over the remains of the late Thomas Freeman Howard will be held on Saturday July 11, 2026 starting at 9:00 am.

Interment will follow after the Funeral Service in Providence, Rhode Island. May his gentle soul rest in eternal peace. Amen
