Santa Luna Obituary

Santa Altagracia Luna Rosario, passed away on September 26, 2020 in Boston, Massachusetts.

She was born August 22, 1950 in Baní, Pizarrete, Dominican Republic. She was an exemplary daughter, mother, wife, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend.

Virtuous woman with unsurpassed human warmth. Entrepreneur by nature, elegant, strong of character, fighter, loving, dedicated 100% to her family, honest, helpful and respectful.

For her, there was always a solution to problems, a woman with goals to achieve, she liked to exercise, proud, reserved, she liked the beautiful, the delicate, a lover of Sunflowers. An unconditional pillar for her family, she could always be counted on. Counselor, independent, faithful mother and attentive to meet the needs of her children and those who need her. She had such a marked sense of hospitality and welcome that it made you feel at home when you visited.

Your sister Matilde will always love you and will keep your teachings in mind, she believes that when she was born, it was your headache, since you are the older sister it bothered you a lot. As they grew up they became a complement to the other; you, woman of strong character, hard-working, tireless, of people who cannot be still; she, a little more passive, that when you had a million stress she would tell you "calm down, bring it down", and when she was calm you would make her jump and wake up from lethargy (Matilde Luna Rosario)

Your children will never forget you, you are an irreplaceable being. You taught us with your values to be good women and men. We thank God for your person and for the great mother that you were, a true gift from God. All the moments by your side will be an invaluable treasure for us.

You will always live in our hearts.
