Rose Mary Varella

Rose Varella, 90, passed away on January 6, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. Born on November 27, 1928 she was the daughter of the late Maria L. Monteiro and Sylvester Monteiro and the step-daughter of Joaquin Monteiro. She was the widow of the late Domingo H. Varella and the sister of Anna Varella and Inez Santos and was preceded in death by her siblings Louisa Monteiro, Dorothy Perry, Elsie Almeida and Arthur Monteiro.

Her memory will be carried on by her two children, Lisa Garmon (Gregory Sr.) and Domingo Varella (Chinda) as well as her six grandchildren, Nakia Varella-Concepcion (Nestor), Charice Garmon, Gregory Garmon Jr., Rae-Ann Roderick, Elijah Varella and Cameron Varella and her five great-grandchildren, Shelis Perkins, Isaiah Concepcion, Christarie Sylvia, Nadya Thomas and Keira Garmon.
