Robert O. Waldon

Robert (Waltdoony) Waldon, 81,  passed on  away January 27, 2021 at the age of 81.
Robert is predeceased by his father Alton R. Waldon Sr., and mother Rupert Waldon of New York City.   Robert was the second oldest son of six children, Alton R. Waldon Jr., Paul W. Waldon, Barbara  Strong, Arlethea Bell, and Arthiesa Johnson whom also proceeded him in death.
Robert is lovingly remembered by his daughter Kim D. Waldon, and her wife Rhonda Waldon his son's Dackashay R. Waldon,  Michael E. Jenkins, and his wife Tonya Jenkins, and David Pina. 
He was loved by his grandchildren, Angel & Antonio Curry, Jasmine Long, Brianna & Robert Ruggiero, Damien Jenkins, Frederick  Mollock, and Stephen Welch who will miss him dearly.
His legacy lives on through his great grandchildren
Miyanjel, Mayja, Antonio, Kiara Curry. Stephanie R., Milani A., and Sevyn V. Welch. Who he always told them how much they were loved.
Robert leaves behind many  nephews and nieces whom he cherished in his loving memory. 
Robert was born in Lakeland Florida April 8th 1939. He was a lover of music, sports, horse & dog racing. He was the comedian of the family always telling a good joke. He knew how to capture a  room. 
Robert was a retired Navy veteran and Longshoremen.  He was well known in Brooklyn NY and Providence RI.  Robert leaves many friends to remember him.  The family would like to thank everyone for their support during this tough time.
