It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Robert Bell, age 54, of Cranston, RI, on September 19, 2025, surrounded by his loving family and friends.
A multifaceted and caring father, son, husband, brother, and friend, Robert left this world far too soon. Robert Bell was born on November 9, 1970, in Providence, Rhode Island. Robert was the beloved second eldest son of Charlotte Spikes and the late Henry Bell Sr.
A proud graduate of Cranston High School, Robert was a talented athlete and a dedicated teammate. He was honored to be a member of the 1987 Cranston Football Championship team, an experience that instilled in him the values of perseverance, teamwork, and pride in community.
After high school, Robert enlisted in the United States Navy, proudly serving his country with honor and dedication.
Robert’s commitment to service and mentorship continued in his local community, where he served as a coach for the Edgewood Eagles football team, mentoring and inspiring countless young athletes. His dedication to youth development reached Rhode Island, where he became a guiding presence and role model for many.
Professionally, Robert was widely respected for his expertise in real estate and financing. He was the go-to guy when it came to qualifying for a mortgage and navigating the process of purchasing real estate, helping many individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership. His knowledge, professionalism, and distinctive touch made him a trusted resource in the community.
That same dedication and reputation extended to the automotive industry, where Robert became the go-to person when you needed a vehicle from one of Rhode Island’s most well-known dealers. Whether it was a first car, a family upgrade, or a dream ride, Robert made sure everyone drove away with confidence and a smile.
