Rhonda Brower, 66, passed away on March 3, 2019 under the care of Hospice at home surrounding by her loving family in Providence, Rhode Island.

She was born on July 9, 1952 in Orlando Florida. Ms. Brower was the daughter of the late Olivia and Joseph Wiggins.

Ms. Brower worked as a lunch aid manager for the Providence Schools.

She was the mother of Charles Wiggins and the sister of Alfonso Wiggins and Carolyn Tolliver. Ms. Brower is survived by 3 grand children Yalitza, Shantel and Kiera Wiggins.

There will be a celebration remembering MS. Brower Thursday, March 14, 2019 from 4pm-8pm at 1 Valley Street, Providence, Rhode Island 02909
