Rafael Gonzalez

Rafael “papa” Gonzalez passed away to be with the Lord on June 5, 2022 at the age of 66. Rafael was born on December 28, 1955 in Dominican Republic. He was the son of Cerefino Polanco and Fermina Gonzalez. Rafael came to the US and Rhode Island in 1990 where he worked as a passionate masonry. Rafael loved the game of baseball and fishing. He always been the calm and quiet type but he was passionate about his family. He was a loving father to Raul Gonzalez, Jennifer Raquel Gonzalez, Rafael Johansi Gonzalez and Mackenzi Gonzalez. He was survived by five brothers and two sisters, Francisco Polanco; Elena Polanco; Heroino Polanco; Leonidas Polanco; Gregorio Polanco; Melecio Gonzalez and Juan Gonzalez. Rafael will forever be in our hearts and memories.
