Preston Lee Walker (Known as Tony) 65, of Providence RI passed away peacefully and went to be with the Lord on August 28th, 2021 at Rhode Hospital in Providence RI. He was the son of the late Roy Lee Harden and Gerlean Walker. He was born on January 2nd, 1956 in Portsmouth, Virginia.
Preston was an active member of Holy Temple Christian Center and Pastor of Keeper of Sheep Outreach Ministry in Providence RI for many years and enjoyed serving. He looked forward to playing on the worship team band at The Salvation Army ARC early Sunday morning's, and looked forward to Sunday School and church service at Holy Temple Christian Church each and every Sunday. He was also the Owner of TNT Sales outside vending business on the corner of Broad St and Comstock on the side of Dominos Pizza in Providence RI.
Preston was employed by the Salvation Army Store in Providence RI as a Floor Attendant for almost 2 years. He absolutely loved his job and they loved him.
He also enjoyed singing, playing several instruments, and traveling to Conneticut and New York to shop for his outside vending business.
Preston leaves to cherish his memory, (Wife) Tracy Marie Walker, (Daughter) Tonette Snead, (Son) Gary Snead, (Daughter) Tameka Marie Moore, (Son) Roy Lee Moore, (Daughter) Jeannie Marie Moore, (Son) Preston Lee Moore, (Daughter) Tiecha Monique Moore, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, Uncles, Aunts Cousins, many many Brothers and Sisters in Christ, and many many friends.
The beloved family of Preston Lee Walker wishes to express sincere gratitude and appreciation to our many relatives and friends for their many acts of kindness, calls, cards, flowers, prayers and other expressions of love throughout our bereavement. We pray that God blesses you abundantly and keeps you in our lives.
