"Pearl the Girl"
In the Garden of Life, a beautiful and radiant spirit blossomed in the personality in the life of Pearl I. Gailloux. She was born Pearl I. Briggs to the late Wesley Briggs, Sr. and Cora (Gray) Roussan on April 15, 1932 in East Providence, RI. She was the third of nine children born to this union.
Pearl was a life-long resident of Providence and graduated from Hope High School in 1952.
She was employed as a Teacher's Assistant for the Providence Public School Department and proudly retired at the ripe age of 56 years old after more than twenty years of service.

Pearl passed away on August 7, 2025 surrounded by her loving family at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in North Providence, RI.
