Miriam Rone, 64, passed away on October 16, 2022, with her loving family by her side. Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, she was the daughter of late Wilson Rosso and Elsa Rone.
Miriam immigrated to the U.S. in the early 1960’s with her mother and settled in New York City for many years where she graduated from Kennedy H.S. and acquired an associate degree in secretarial work.
During the summer of 1978 she moved to Providence RI where she lived the rest of her life. She was the wife of Robert Adorno. They took great pride tending to their dog Boston and raising their granddaughter Yaniri Elsa Minaya
Miriam leaves behind, her loving Robert Adorno and her three surviving children, Arnaldo Minaya, Gabriel Minaya and Ramon Minaya. Miriam was preceded in death by her daughter Yadira Minaya. Miriam was the sister of late Vinicio Perez, survived by Angel Rosso and Magdalena Rone. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Miriam was the third child of four children.
