Melissa M. Sylvia

Melissa M. Sylvia, beloved daughter, mother, sister, and aunt, passed away on February 12, 2023. A Providence native, she was born to Diane M. Sylvia. Besides her mother, Melissa is survived by her brother, Kevin M. Sylvia, her daughter Stephanie N. Sylvia, and four sons - Daniel J. Truman, Joshua T. Truman, Joseph R. Sylvia, and Christopher D. Sylvia, all of Cranston.

When she wasn't busy tending to her family, Melissa spent her free time reading, cooking, and gardening. She had a kind soul, and could bring light and laughter into any situation.

She is missed dearly.
