Marsha Price Hall, 83, of Providence, RI, passed away on June 11, 2026, at Roger Williams Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Clifton Sr. and Louise (Banks) Price. She was also the partner of the late William Donald Wayne.
Born on July 22, 1942, Marsha was a lifelong resident of Providence. She graduated from Hope High School in 1960, and was a home day care provider. Marsha was the beacon of light for her family. Whenever you needed her, she was always there. Her devotion as a mom, grandmother, sister, auntie, and friend made her a pillar of strength, love, and positivity. Her infectious laughter and smile brightened every room. In times of despair, she always had a way of uplifting her loved ones and friends, showing them the way forward. Honestly, in all the roles she played in everyone’s lives, she was exceptional in each and every one of them. She cherished every moment of life with laughter, love, and the best “yard parties” ever.
Marsha is survived by her three daughters, Dezirae Price, Dana Hall, and Dawne Hall, all of Providence; two sisters, Nancy Price Lopez and Rebecca E. Price, also of Providence, RI; nine grandchildren; thirteen great‑grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was the mother of her beloved son, the late Terrence S. “Foots” Hall, and was preceded in death by her siblings: Yvonne Cabral, Clifton R. “Sonny” Price Jr., Everett R. Price, Naomi S. Spiver, Hubert C. Price, and Judith A. Dolphin.
Funeral services will take place at Bell Funeral Home. Date and times will be posted Monday, June 22.
