Manuel Nix Lazaro

Manuel Nix Lazaro, de 46 años, de Providence, RI, falleció inesperadamente la mañana del martes 19 de octubre de 2021.

Nacido en Chiché, Guatemala el 13 de agosto de 1975, fue hijo de Pedro Nix y Jerónima Lazaro. Ha vivido en Providence desde que llegó a los Estados Unidos en 1999.

A Manuel le gustaba pasar tiempo con su familia y amigos, especialmente contando chistes y compartiendo historias con sus hijos. También disfrutaba pescar y jugar fútbol. Manuel era una persona divertida y cariñosa. Donde quiera que iba, hacía amigos y la gente lo amaba.

Le sobreviven sus cuatro hijos Jocelyn Nix, Cindy Nix, Emily Nix y Andy Nix. También le sobreviven 4 hermanos y 2 hermanas.

Su familia, amigos y quienes lo conocieron lo extrañarán profundamente.

Su funeral está programado para el Sábado 6 de noviembre de 2021 en la Bell Funeral Home (571 Broad Street, Providence, RI) de 9 a.m. a 12:00 p.m. seguido de un entierro en Pawtucket Memorial Park (100 Harrison Ave, Warwick, RI). Manuel Nix Lazaro, 46, of Providence, RI, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday morning, October 19, 2021. 

Born in Chiché, Guatemala on August 13, 1975, he was the son of Pedro Nix and Jerónima Lazaro. He came to the United States in 1999 and has lived in Providence ever since. 

Manuel enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially telling jokes and sharing stories with his children. He also enjoyed fishing and playing soccer. Manuel was a fun and loving person. Wherever he went, he made friends and people loved him. 

He is survived by his four children Jocelyn Nix, Cindy Nix, Emily Nix, and Andy Nix. He is also survived by 4 brothers and 2 sisters.

He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and by those who knew him. 

His funeral is scheduled for Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Bell Funeral Home (571 Broad Street, Providence, RI) from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. followed by a burial at Pawtucket Memorial Park (100 Harrison Ave, Warwick, RI).
