Kendra Loreal Duncan

Kendra Loreal Duncan, 46, of Providence, RI passed away peacefully on August 3, 2020 at Berkshire Place Nursing Facility.  She was born on May 20, 1974 in Providence, RI and was the daughter of the late Mary Alice Duncan, and Kenneth L. Brown.

Kendra was a graduate of Central High School. Shortly thereafter she began her career as a certified nursing assistant. She worked for many years at Rosewood Manor Nursing Home, as well as doing private home care duty. Kendra, truly loved working with the elderly population. She took great pride in treating her patients with love and compassion. She would always say, " I care for my patients, the way I would want someone to care for my loved ones."

Very much like her mother, Kendra loved to cook and entertain family and friends. In her spare time, Kendra also enjoyed going out with close friends and family.

Kendra was the mother to La'Quan N. Duncan, Kadijah I. Duncan, and Rain R. Green. She is survived by her sister Darsheen M. White, of Providence, RI. Besides her children and sister, Kendra leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins and she was preceded in death by her sister Cassandra M. Duncan.

Kendra's graceful beauty, illuminating smile, and sassy personality, will always be remembered and treasured by her loved ones. She will be missed by all.
