It is with profound sorrow and deep gratitude for a life well-lived that we the Gray, Dweh, Harris, Brownell, George, Billy, and Johnson families, announce the Sudden passing of our beloved Helena Nyemaneh Gray George a wife, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, friend to many on Thursday, February 13, 2025, in Providence RI-USA
She was a cherished servant of God, a well-loved woman of her community; she touched everyone heart she met even if just for a minute. She was known for her kindness always willing to lend a hand, her smiles, her warmth, her laughter and most importantly her faith in God will always linger on in our hearts. No matter what the situation was she always prayed trusting that it will get better regardless of the circumstances.
Helena will be missed deeply by her Family, Friends, and the Community but most especially by her two sons Samuel Kish Johnson and Matthias Elton Billy.
She was loved, and her memory will forever remain our hearts. Helena never had a dull day, she will be remembered for her positive energy, hospitality, and love of having good times with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parent, Mr. Samuel Walh Gray, & Mrs. Edith Toomey-Gray, Step- Mother Mrs. Edith Lartey Gray, and her oldest brother, Mr. Andrew Nimley.
She leaves to mourn and cherish her memory her Husband, Mr. Jura Uras George, her two sons, Samuel Kish Johnson & Matthias Elton Billy, her siblings, (sisters) Mrs. Rita Harris-Jones, Ms. Grace Koffa, and Moth. Louise Gray Marshall. (Brothers) Mr. Dominique A.
Nimley, Mr. Stephen K. Johnson, and Mr. Samuel Walh Gray, Jr., Aunts, uncles, nieces; nephews; cousins; In-laws, a host of other relatives; colleagues, and friends in the United States, Cote D'Ivoire and Liberia.
MAY HELENA'S SOUL REST IN EVERLASTING PEACE AND HER MEMORY BE A BLESSING TO ALL.
