Harriet Elaine Wilkins, 77, gained her wings and was called home surrounded by her family on September 15, 2020. She was born on August 31, 1943 to the late Effie Lee Grant and the late Otis T. Scott.
She graduated from CCRI and Rhode Island College and worked for the State of Rhode Island for over 20 years as an LPN until she retired.
Harriet was the glue of the family. She would open up her home to anyone in need. She would tell it like it is even if it hurt, but it would always come from a place of love.
