In Loving Memory of Gregory Gerold Wilson

Gregory Gerold Wilson, of Providence, Rhode Island, passed away on February 1, 2026, at the age of 65. He was born in Providence on June 20, 1960.

Gregory was the beloved son of Willie Howard Wilson and Myrtle Montague. He worked as a painter and was known for his dedication to his craft.

He leaves to cherish his memory his children: Shantel Barr, Gregory Barr, Kyle J. Wilson, La Toya Hill, and Shaun Hill, as well as his daughter-in-law, Lana L. Wilson.

He is also survived by his grandchildren: Kyle David Wilson, Aiden Elias Wilson, Zavian Noel Wilson, Enfinity Barr, Kylesha Barr, Luci Barr, Jaleen Barr, London Barr, Dai’janae Barr, Janaeya Barr, Qwandell Stewart, Shaun Almeida, Sofia Avakian, Jayden Martin, Nahzarii Hill, and Amar’e Hill; and his great-grandson, Elias Lior Colon.

Gregory also leaves behind his beloved girlfriend, Diane Logan, and his stepchildren: Shanikka Logan, Harmony Logan, and Monae Wray.

He will be remembered by those who knew him for his hard work and the mark he left through his trade.
