Edward C. Towns

Edward C. Towns Jr “Eddy”, 69, of Providence passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on May 18, 2019. He was the son of late Edward C. Towns Sr and late Arlene Lassiter Towns; step son of Annette Towns and husband of Sandra Riley.

Eddy retired from Eleanor Slater Hospital as Mental Health Counselor.  Eddy’s greatest moments consisted of spending time with his family.  He was a devoted husband and loving father.

Edward C. Towns Jr is survived by his wife Sandra Riley Towns, daughters Arlene N. Youn, Chante D. Famogun, and Tiffany Towns, grandchildren Brenden Towns, Kanyona Towns, Tunasia Towns, Parish Youn, Tariq Travaughn, Terance Famogun, Nia Youn, Rashard Towns, and Naveh Towns, great grandchildren Ariana Mitchell,Brenden Towns Jr, and Zahny Towns, siblings Vida Pittman, Vanessa Towns, Lillian Towns, Katrina Towns-Webb, Michael Towns, Corey Towns.  He was proceeded in death by Theodore Towns, Anthony Towns, Clarissa Towns, Andrea Towns, Donna Towns, Clara Towns and Ruby Lawrence.  As well as many other family and friends; he will be missed by all.
