Derrly A. Alves, 58, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2020 in Providence, RI surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Providence, RI on March 8, 1962. He was the son of the late John Alves, Sr. and Brenda L. Alves.
Derryl loved his family and spending time with his children. He was employed until his retirement at Providence College and Stride Reality. His favorite past time was cooking.
Derryl A. Alves leaves to cherish his memory his mother Brenda Grandy Alves, two brother, John Alves, Jr. and Cleveland Sanders, four sons Derryl C, Derrell A. Mitchell and Robert Jeter, four daughters Brianna, Dara C, Kiara M and Nikia Pigues and his longtime companion Amanda Anderson.
He will be missed by all.
