David N. Vierra

David Vierra ,64, of Providence RI, born on January 1, 1956 passed away on August 6, 2020 in Providence, RI. He was the son of the late Gertrude Smith-Vierra and adoptive mother Jessie May Laster Brown. He was a proud member of the United States Army and a musician both in and out of the church. He is survived by his wife Christine Vierra along with his brothers Rahja Laster (RI), William G. Vierra Jr. (RI), Bobby Vierra (CA), Johnnie Vierra (CA), Bubby Vierra (MA) and sisters Larie Taber (RI), Shirley Fontes (RI), Patty Lewis (MA), and Lydia Brown (RI). He is also survived by his children, Andre Vierra and Aaron Vierra and grandchildren Leonna Vierra and Lia Joy Vierra. He is also survived by his step-children and step-grand grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his late daughter Alycia Vierra and late sister Elizabeth Walker. He leaves behind many nieces, nephews, family and friends
