Craig “Charlie Tuna” Dennis, 56, of Providence, RI passed away peacefully on August 17, 2022, surrounded by his loving family.
Craig was born in Providence on November 23,1965 to Doreen Dennis. He graduated from Mount Pleasant High School in 1984. Immediately he joined the Navy where he served as a Radioman for 10 years.
Besides his mom, Craig is also survived by two daughters, Cierra, and Cydney Dennis both of Virginia. One grandson, Rondell (RJ) Harris.
One sister Doreen DaCruz-Lawrence (Terry) and two brothers, Kyle Dennis (Tanisha) and Kobi Dennis (Tanisha) all of Providence. Also, three godchildren, Jason Dennis, Ebony Palmer, and Mychal Thomas and his godparents, Pamela Williams and Joseph Dennis. A host of nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, and cousins who will miss him dearly.
In additon to his family and friends, Craig loved music, sports, photography and traveling the world.
