We are sad to announce the passing of carmen, Ivette Rivera, Gomez born in Guayama, Puerto Rico and resided in Providence, Rhode Island. She died at the age of 56 on August 10, 2023. Ivette passed away peacefully in her home. She is survived by her husband of 42 years Orlando, Alberto Gomez, her children, Eduardo, Gomez, Euridice Bell, and Orlando, Alberto Gomez Jr., her son-in-law, Elvis LaMart Bell, daughter-in-law, Leslie Viviana Alonzo-GomezWe are sad to announce the passing of carmen, Ivette Rivera, Gomez born in Guayama, Puerto Rico and resided in Providence, Rhode Island. Ivette was a daughter wife, grandmother sister, aunt and friend. She worked at Herff Jones for 20 years. 

Her hobbies included, selling things on Poshmark, gardening, watching Star Trek movies, playing Parcheesi and Chinese checkers, and shopping with Yvelize. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

We will always carry your memory in our hearts thank you for blessing our lives with your kindness, sassiness, stubbornness, humor, and love your laughter will never be forgotten.
