Benita M. Barbour

In loving memory of Benita Barbour, a cherished Daughter, mother, wife, and friend. Born February 1st 1979 in Raleigh, NC in lived in Providence,RI. She passed away peacefully on march 3,2024 at the age of 45. 

Benita Barbour was a deeply spiritual person who found great comfort and guidance in her faith. She was known for her kindness, compassion, and unwavering love for her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Benita Barbour is survived by her loving parent Lola And Benjamin Barbour , husband, Michael watts, her children, Heaven Barbour, Jakyrah Barbour, Layonni Barbour-watts, Kani Barbour and Kali Barbour
and her grandchildren, Donavan Walker, Deaven Walker and D’shawn Walker. She will also be remembered by her extended family and countless friends.

A funeral service will be held on March 13th at 11 am at Bell's Funeral Home located at 571 Broad Street.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Heaven in Benita’s honor. As we knew her she was the light in the room within a conversation she could make you feel good.
