Aura Pena

Aura Peña, of Providence, Rhode Island, was surrounded by her loving family when she passed away on August 13, 2023. 

Aura was born in Guayubin,Dominican Republic on August 24, 1947. Aura was a loving and cheerful mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt who loved to laugh, cook, dance  and wear her favorite color White everyday. She was a wonderful teacher in Dominican Republic for 20 years. She was always a strong-willed, hard-working, responsible, and witty woman who was full of dreams.

Aura Peña was predeceased in death by her parents Andres Peña and Rosa Reyes. Aura leaves behind many loved ones, including but not limited to her daughters Katty, Haydee, Wendy and her son Jose Andres, 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. May her soul rest ever in eternity.

Aura era una amorosa madre, abuela, hermana y tía a la cual le encantaba reír, bailar, cocina,y usar su color favorito Blanco todos los días. Fue maestra por 20 años, Siempre fue una mujer de voluntad fuerte, trabajadora, responsable, ingeniosa, y llena de sueños. 

Aura Peña, hija de los fallecidos Andres Peña y Rosa Reyes, dejó atrás a muchos seres queridos, incluidos, entre otros, sus hijas Katty, Wendy, Haydee y su hijo jose andres. Tambien 11 queridos nietos y 13  biznietos Que su alma descanse siempre en la eternidad
