Andres “Epifanio” Navarro was born on January 6th, 1962, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. His parents were Glady Betances Merenguer and Juan Bautista Navarro. Andres nine siblings are Marco, Martha, Maximo, Juan de Dios (RIP), Cerfora Maria, Patroba (Quika), Caleb, Habaccu, and Epafrodita (Frody) de Soto.
In 1983 Andres moved to Passaic, NJ. He studied and obtained his GED. In September 1985, he joined the United States Army, where he served for three years and three months, placed as a passive reserved.
Then he attended the Christian college, Lee College, in TN for a couple of years.
He returned to Passaic, NJ, where he met Daysi Navarro. They were married in December 1988, and from their marriage of seventeen years, they had two sons: Joshua Andres and Nephtali Navarro.
Andres's life mission was to find the truth. In his church community, he had been a teacher and director of bible study. He challenged others to studied and was passionate about the Bible. In his youth, he was a co-founder of the Christian poetic team, where they practiced and memorized classic poems.
Andres was a compassionate and caring person. He enjoyed playing dominos, reciting poetry out loud, and always had an optimistic attitude. He will be remembered as a loveable brother, a good father, and a follower of God.
