Zacary Cruz Medina Obituary

Zacary A. Cruz Medina, 19, passed away on September 22, 2018, in Providence RI. He was born on September 13, 1999 in Bronx, NY.

Mr. Medina was the son of Nelson Cruz and Olga Lidia Medina Acosta.

He moved to Providence, RI when he was one years old. He loved to travel to Dominican Republic where he visited often. Zacary was an aspiring chef who worked at McDonalds.

After graduating from High School in Dominican Republic, he came back to Rhode Island, and enrolled in Exeter Job Corps Academy. He wanted to receive a culinary certificate and accomplish his dream of becoming an Executive Chef at a restaurant.

Mr. Medina will be affectionately missed by his brother, Nelson Cruz Medina, sister, Onelis Cruz Medina. He will also be missed by many other family and friends.
