She was born in Puerto Rico on January 12, 1952, the daughter of Juan Llanos and Polonia Ramos.

Mrs. Ramos Llanos was a homemaker who cared for her loving family.

She leaves to cherish her memory her Husband, Her Children Emilio Rivera Llanos, Irael Rivera Llanos, Maria Rivera Llanos, Juan Pagan Sumer, Letizia Pagan Sumer and Abel Pagan, 9 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren and many family and friends who will miss her dearly.
