Victoria N. Norhn Biah, 66, of Ophelia St., passed away at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, RI on Friday, November 22, 2019. The wife of Solomon T. Biah.

She was born on November 9, 1953 in Liberia, the daughter of Johnny Martor.

Mrs. Biah worked as a Nurse in the hospital for many years.

She leaves behind her loving husband, Solomon T. Biah, many other family and friends that will miss her dearly.
