To the Crawford Family:
Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Hold tight to those memories....Lean on friends for support....And trust in Jehovah God for the strength needed to endure. Psalm 46:1 tells us "God is our refuge and strength, a help that is readily found in times of distress."

Torrance and I were partners several times at District Court. Many times wherever there was at issue, I recall that TC spoke to people and hardly ever raised his voice. TC was a member of Council 94 Local 1383 Deputy Sheriffs and in the past was a member of the R.I. Deputy Sheriff's F.O.P. Lodge #38. He had also served as our Chaplin for several terms. I retired nine years ago and have not seen TC for several years, but I will always remember his jovial mannerism and constant smile. RIP

My deepest condolences to TC's family. TC and I were in the Sheriff's Academy together and he taught us all how to become disciplined. Although I only worked with him briefly, I knew he genuinely cared for others. May perpetual light shine upon him in heaven. God bless and be strong.
