Thelma D. Lewis Dowling

It is with extreme sadness that the family of Thelma D. (Dowling) Lewis,84, of Providence, RI announces her passing after an intense battle with kidney disease on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at 6:15 am. Thelma was the daughter of the late Archibald Dowling and the late Carrie Ann Foster. She also was the widow of the late Gerald R. Lewis. Her memory will be carried on by her five children, Gerald Jr., Kevin, Dennis, Mark and Renee Lewis. Thelma will also be fondly remembered by her 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She will be missed by all.

Thelma you are every reason, every hope and every dream that we've ever had. No matter what happens to us in the future; everyday spent with you will always be the best day of our lives.
