Pirata. That's what Ruben used to say every time we would see each other. I've known Ruben for almost 40 years and he was a gentleman with me. For some reason we always had a real good relationship. He was just an all around good man. Whenever we'd see each other the first thing he would ask is how are my kids doing.
He also used to say with that accent of his, "what a mean, what a mouse, no steam in the house."
I have no idea where that comes from but it always made everyone around him laugh.
Rest in peace tio!
