She was born on October 10, 1966 in Dominican Republic.

She was the daughter of late Ramon Polanco and Ana P. Rodriguez.

Ms. Polanco loved and cared for her children.

She will be affectionately missed by her children Alex Cuevas, and Jason Cuevas, her brothers, Fausto Polanco, Geovanny Polanco, Jose Polanco, Cesar Rodriguez, sisters, Sobeida Polanco, Maribel Polanco, Maria Soledad Polanco. She will also be missed by many other family and friends.
