Julian Duran

Julian Duran, 86, of Providence, RI passed away on December 26, 2018 at the Elmwood Health Center surround by his loving family.  He was the beloved son of the late Rafael Duran and Flora Alvarado.  He was originally from San Francisco de Macoris, Dominican Republic, and relocated to Providence, RI in the early 90's to join his wife and children whom had arrived earlier. Mr. Julian Duran was a loving father who devoted his entire life to providing for his family and ensuring their success.

Julian is survived by his wife of 60 years, Maria Soledad Duran, his son Luis Duran, 4 daughters and 3 sons-in-law. Pedro and Clarisa Espinal, Manuel and Yudelka Nunez, Maribel Duran all of Providence and Luis and Adamilkar Vargas of the Dominican Republic. Mr. Duran also leaves behind his brothers, Lino and Jacinto Duran and two sisters, Juana Almanzar and Mercedes Duran,  20 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

"Fellito" as he was called, will be deeply missed by his family, friends and everyone who's life he touched. May he always rest eternally in heaven.
