Jose F. Benjamin Cruz, 74, passed away on December 29, 2018 at Berkshire Place surrounded by his loving family in Providence, RI.

He was born on March 19, 1944 in Puerto Rico. Mr. Cruz was the son of Frederico Benjamin and Juana Cruz. Mr. Cruz was the husband of Marta Benjamin Rios.

He was a mechanic at an automotive shop for many years.

Mr. Cruz was the father of Josephine Rios, Joseph Rios, George Rios, and the late Frederick Benjamin. He will also be missed by many other family and friends.
