Joe B. Fowler Sr.

Joe B. Fowler Sr.,85, passed a way on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Union City, Tennessee on May 5,1933 to the Union of William and Elizabeth Fowler.  Mr. Fowler married to Ruth E. Sutton on Sep 23, 1960. Two children were born to this union; Joe B. Fowler Jr and Jacqueline Duffy. He served in the United States Navy from 1951 until 1972 and worked at Rawcliffe from 1972 until 2000.  Mr. Fowler leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Ruth Fowler, one son Joe B Fowler Jr. of N. Kingstown, RI., one daughter Jacqueline Duffy of Warwick, RI, two grandchildren Brandon Duffy and Charlene Duffy of Warwick, RI, cousins Richard and Freddie Mae Jones , there daughters Angella Scott, Terrica Hunter-Mulherion and William Jones  of Michigan  as well as many other family and friends.

 God said you were getting weary.

  So he did what he thought best.

  He came and stood beside you

   And whispered, "Come and Rest"

    You bade no one a last farewall,

          Not even a good bye,

   You were gone before we knew it

          And on God knows why.
