He was born in Santurce City, Puerto Rico on November 9, 1958, the son of the late Magdeleno Rosa Gonzalez and Maximina Otero Rosa.

Mr. Otero Rosa was a Laborer, who worked in a variety of industries including a Laundromat for many years.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving Children, Jennifer Aviles, Maria Delapaz, Israel Martinez and Ereca Diaz, 5 Grandchildren, Sisters Ruth M., Blanca E., Maria M. and Magarita Otero Rosa, Brothers Jesús, Wilfredo, William L., Hector L., Jorge A., Luis and Efrain Otero Rosa, as well as many family and friends who will miss him dearly.
