Ms. Melgar was the daughter of Jorge Recinos and Maria Elena Melgar.

She was a loving mother who dedicated her life to her daughter.

Ms. Melgar will be affectionately missed by her daughter, Fatima Monterreso, Sisters, Zoila Recinos De Paniagua, Marielena Recinos Melgar, Tatiana Recinos De Letona, Katherine Recinos, Monica Recinos, brothers, Gabriel Recinos, Juan Diego Recinos, Jorge Recinos.
