Fernando Soto Obituary

Fernando Arturo Soto, 83, passed away on July 23, 2018 at Hope Hospice & Palliative Care RI in Providence, RI.

He was the son of the late Carmen Lidia Soto and the Step-son of Jose Ignacio Vizcaino.

He was born in Santo Domingo, DR on March 15, 1935.

Mr. Soto was an Auto Mechanic in the Automotive Industry for many years.

He is survived by his Daughter Rosario Hemphill, Grandchildren Maria Person Soto, Shonda Hemphill, Willie L. Hemphill Jr., Giannie Soto and Cienna Vasconcelos, Great-Grandchildren, a Brother Rafael Enrique Suazo, as well as many other family and friends who will miss him dearly. He was predeceased by his son Johnny M. Soto.
