Eustaquio Garcia Hernandez, 85, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2019 at Elmwood Health Center in Providence, RI surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Dominican Republic on November 12, 1933. Eustaquio was the son of Polo Lopez and Tonio Hernandez and husband of Luz Maria Ortiz. He relocated to the United States many years ago and worked in a factory for many years. Eustaquio Garcia Hernandez will be missed by all.
