Emilia Rodriguez

Emilia Rodriguez, 86, passed away on February 14, 2018 at Home in Providence, RI. She was the loving wife of the late Braulio "Bobby" Rodriguez.

She was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic on February 17, 1931. The daughter of Saturnino "Nino" Cruz and Maria (Mercedes) Parra.

Mrs. Rodriguez was a Laborer and worked for Lauren Industries for many years.

Emilia was an avid bike rider who loved the early morning fresh air and the freedom that it provided. In her early 80's, Emilia was still riding her bike around the neighborhood. She was the happiest when she was surrounded by her family. Always made every child feel important, protected and loved.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her Children Petronila (Esperanza) Parra and Jimmy Rafael Parra. Her Grandchildren, Silverio "Rudy" Antonio Parra (Wanda), Ana "Navi" Emilia Parra, Stephanie (Yessenia) Parra, Yaquilin (Edwin) Ozuna, Jimmy Parra and Jhureiry Cancino. Her Siblings, Onelia Parra, Reina (Germania) Parra, Ines Rose (Bryan) and Pedro Parra (Leonides Negrita). She is also survived by many more siblings in Dominican Republic and many more Great-Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
