Dilcia R. Hernandez Quiroz, 43, passed away on May 5, 2019 at Rhode Island Hospital surrounded by her loving family in Providence, Rhode Island.

She was born on April 7, 1975 in Providence, RI. Ms. Quiroz was the daughter of Jose Ramon Hernandez and Gregoria Castillo. She was a loving mother who loved her family. She loved to smile and make everyone around her laugh. Ms. Quiroz will be missed by all of her family and friends.
