Cecil Emmanuel Dudley, 54, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2017 in Boston,
Massachusetts. He was the son of Horace S. Dudley and Rosemarie (Winters) Dudley.
Cecil was born in Brooklyn, New York on November 22, 1962. He was a loyal and
loving person.
He worked as a laborer for a manufacturing company. In his spare time he loved sports
and spending time with family.
Cecil is survived by his only son, Emmanuel R. Winters; 4 sisters, Denise Morgan,
Addella Dotson, Debra Pearcy, and Taliba Dudley; 4 brothers, Roland, Horace (Jerry),
Gregory and Dawan Dudley; His only Aunt Gloria Coates and Uncle Herbert Phoenix
and a host of Nieces, Nephews and friends
He will forever live in our hearts and will be missed by all
