Arturo Payero Rivera, 84, passed away on October 30, 2017 at Hope Hospice Palliative Care Rhode Island surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Dominican Republic on July 27, 1933. He was the son of Arturo Payero Rivera and Rosaura Rivera and the husband of Marina Payero.
Mr. Payero Rivera was an Officer in the Military for many years.
He is survived by his loving wife, son Arturo Payero, daughter Arelis Lagrange Tirado, grandson Romer Auturo Lagrange, as well as many other family and friends who will miss him dearly.
