Amada R. Reyes Gonzalez

It is with a heavy heart and with great sadness the family of Amada R. Gonzales, 89, of Providence, R.I. passed away on January 15, 2019 surrounded by her loving family due to a long battle of illness. She was born on May 15, 1929 in Puerto Rico.  She was originally from Rio Grande Mayagüez, PR. and relocated to New York City at a young age and then made her final home in Providence, Rhode Island for the remainder of her life.

She is survived by her four children, a granddaughter, and a great grandson: Carlos Ocasio, Monserrate Goncalves, Edwin Bell-Ocasio, Willy Ocasio, Monserrate Idelle Gonzales and Kaiden Carpenter.  She will be miss and love by all.  "Farewell Mom, until we all meet again"
