Vera A Banner of Warwick RI passed away peacefully on Sunday July 24, 2016 at the age of 76. She was employed at Nyman Mfg. in Rumford R.I. for 25 years before retiring in 2001.
She was born in Vermont, her mother Rita Wood still lives in Vermont and her father was the late Albert Wood.
She was married to the late Daniel Banner Jr. for 40 years and had five children: Linda Faria, Leo Banner, Anita Banner, the late Albert Banner and the late Wayne Banner.
She is survived by a brother Harold Wood and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Vera enjoyed dancing and going to the casino and was an avid NASCAR fan. She was very creative, she loved to draw, make costumes and do arts and crafts with her grandchildren. She will be missed dearly.
