Rufino Castro, 84, passed away on January 15, 2018 at Hope Hospice & Palliative Care RI, in Providence, RI. He was the son of the late Fermin Castro and Julia Irigoyen. He was the husband of Lidia (Arnez) Castro
He was born in Cochabamba, Bolivia on July 30, 1933.
Mr. Castro was a Jehovah’s Witness for over 20 years.
He was a Lieutenant in the Bolivian Military for many years where he was also the director of the police band.
Mr. Castro was a music conductor; who formed the band Ferufino.
He leaves to cherish his memory five generations of family, along with his loving wife, Children, Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren, as well as many other family and friends who will miss him greatly.
