Ouida Walker, 61, passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2017 in Providence, Rhode Island. She was the loving daughter of Anthony Walker and Juliana (Mitchell) Walker.
Ouida was born in Jamaica on July 30, 1956.
She was self-employed as a caretaker for many years.
Joan is survived by her sister, Doreen Y. Walker, and a host of family and friends.
She will be missed by all.
